 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo. U.N SECRETARY GENERAL BAN KI-MOON,ARRIVED NIGERIA EARLIER TODAY.

                  Today sunday,United Nation Secretary General Ban Ki-moon arrived Nigeria to commemorate the bombing of the UN's headquarters by Islamist sect Boko Haram and also to focus new attention on over 200 school girls kidnapped in chibok,Borno state by the ruthless extremists.Ki-moon will meet with President Muhammadu Buhari tomorrow  monday,amid plans to launch a long delayed regional offensive against the Islamic insurgents who have since pledged allegiance to the Islamic state.A UN statement says the leaders will discuss ways to counter violent extremism as well as human rights and climate change.Ki-moon will also meet the Bring Back Our Girls group and he will lay a wreath to mark the anniversary of the August 26,2011 suicide car bombing that killed 21 people at the UN Nigeria headquarters in Abuja.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
