𝐁𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢, 𝐀𝐛𝐛𝐚𝐬, 𝐀𝐤𝐮𝐦𝐞, 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐀𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐬 𝐖𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝟕𝟔𝟐 𝐅𝐂𝐓 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, has revoked the lands allocated to several prominent Nigerians, including former President Muhammadu Buhari, Speaker of the House of Representatives Tajudeen Abbas, and Secretary to the Government of the Federation George Akume, due to non-payment of Certificate of Occupancy fees. Also, 759 other prominent figures and organisations in Maitama II, Abuja. were also affected by the revocation which was for non-payment of Certificate of Occupancy. According to the Prosecutor,Sgt Jimah Iseghede,who told an Ikeja Magistrate court today tuesday that 45 year old driver Ganiyu Afolabi,who lives at No.9,Ayinde close,Meiran Lagos state,alleged that Ganiyu had called in the 16 year old gilr to his room under the pretext of sending her on an errand and he defiled her in the process.When the 16 year old victim told the accused that she had missed her monthly flow,he procured a drug for her to use but the girl told her mother and the accused was apprehended.The accused Ganiyu is now facing a three count charge of sexual assault,defilement and attempt to procure abortion.The alleged offences were committed sometime in May 2015 at the accused residence.Though the accused Ganiyu,pleaded not guilty to all the charges.The Chief Magistrate Mr Tajudeen Elias,ordered that the accused Ganiyu should be held in prison custody until September 9 2015,when the court would deliver its ruling on his bail application.
