 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. LASTMA GENERAL MANAGER EDU,SACKED TODAY & REPLACED IMMEDIATELY BY AMBODE.

                 The sack of Babatunde Edu the General Manager of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority,LASTMA,a day after the Governor directed LASTMA to release all seize vehicles in their various yards in the state back to their owners.Such vehicles would however be released after proper documentation have been done by their owners.The Permanent Secretary in the state Ministry of Transportation Oluseyi Whenu urged residents to reciprocate government's gesture by obeying all traffic laws and regulations.He said this was in a bid to ensure free flow of traffic by officials of the State Traffic Management Authority by employing the system of booking traffic offenders,rather than impounding their vehicles which is fraught with a lot of inconveniences.According to another source,after the approval by the governor for Babatunde Edu sack today he was immediately replaced by Bashir Braimoh.
