BENUE BOOSTS CHILD PROTECTION WITH GRADUATION OF 60 UNICEF-BACKED SOCIAL WORKERS Benue State has taken a major step toward strengthening child protection and social welfare services with the graduation of 60 Auxiliary Social Workers (ASWs) trained to serve vulnerable children and families at the grassroots. The graduation ceremony, held on Wednesday, marked the successful completion of a programme jointly supported by the Benue State Government, the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF), the Bureau of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, and the Benue State Bureau for International Cooperation and Development (BICD). Just over 24 hours after it was revealed that the world's most famous boy band are going on an extended break in 2016,to work on their solo projects.Niall one of the band members took to his twitter account to write 'We are not splitting up but we will be taking a well earned break at some point next year''.23 year old Louise who is also a band member added that ''Your support is truly indescribable,it's just a break,we're not going anywhere!!.Promise Don't worry'.Though Simon Cowell who formed the band in 2010 from the reality show X Factor doubted whether the band would reunite after their temporary split.Remember that they were 5 in the band before one of the band members left,now they are officially 4.One more photo below.
