 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe.                   Tommorow thursday,the President of Nigeria Muhammadu Buhari will welcome the President of Togo Faure Essozinma Gnassingbe at the Presidential Villa.Buhari and the visiting President will make remarks after the bi-lateral meetings.Though,i don't know if they are going to talk about the refugees that were deported on saturday from Lagos without proper notification,but what i know is that,a lot will be discussed that will benefit Togo and Nigeria.One more photo below.
