 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots.                   Ace musician Daniel Wilson took to his social media page after the news went viral that ex Governor of Bayelsa state Alamieyeseigha died yesterday in Port Harcourt.Daniel Wilson captioned his write up with bold letters ''HOW LONG SHALL THEY KILL OUR PROPHETS,WHILE WE STAND ASIDE AND LOOK?.He wrote further that ''Is this not another case of a witch crying in the night and the baby dying in the morning?.Did our Governor General,Sir Diepreye Solomon Peter Alamieyeseigha have the heart for all their threats about extradition?.Certainly not,it was his heart that gave up.He was in Dubai last week,jejely receiving treatment for his ailment when the threats of extradition for a crime he had paid in full and been pardoned for began,so he had to come back home prematurely to avoid being arrested abroad where he suffered a huge heart attack and eventually died.THEY HAVE HOUNDED HIM TO DEATH!!
