TERRORISTS, BANDITRY ACTIVITIES IN NORTHWEST HAVE REDUCED- SHEHU SANI. (PHOTO).

 Terrorists, banditry activities in Northwest have reduced – Shehu Sani Shehu Sani, a former Kaduna Central Senator, has disclosed a decrease in the activities of terrorists and bandits in the Northwest. Sani said the recent killings of some top terrorists’ leaders could have been responsible for the decrease. Posting on X, the former lawmaker wrote: “In the last few weeks, there is a noticeable decrease in terrorist and banditry attacks and kidnappings in the North Western parts of this country. “The elimination of some of the top terrorist leaders must have been responsible.This is commendable and should be sustained.” In the past weeks, notable bandit leaders have been killed in the North. Those eliminated include- Haliru Kachalla Sububu or Buzu, Kachalla Tukur Sharme (killed by rival gang), Sani Black, another prominent bandit leader, killed along with his brother and two children, Kachalla Makore, Kachalla Mai Shayi Kachalla Tsoho Lulu and Mai’Yar Gitta. ONE DEAD AFTER A PETROL TANKER RAMMED INTO 4 CARS IN OTA OGUN STATE,TODAY.

                                                             Today saturday,it was confirmed by the Federal Road Safety Commission {FRSC} in Ota,Ogun state said one person died,while six other people sustained various degrees of injuries in an accident involving a petrol tanker and four vehicles at Owode Junction.The accident occurred around 5:30am and it is due to the carelessness of the tanker driver.The Unit Commander pf FRSC Mr Leye Adegboyega  said the loaded petrol tanker was coming from Lagos and heading to Abeokuta when it lost control and rammed into four vehicles which caught fire immediately.He said that the fire from the tanker spread to the neighbouring houses and property worth millions of naira were lost in the fire.The driver of the tanker,whose name is Wale Olaitan,lost his life while six others including four male and two female sustained various degrees of injuries.''The corpse of the victim have been deposited at the mortuary in Ifo General hospital,Ogun,while other victims were referred to Federal Medical Centre,IdI-Aba,Abeokuta for an intensive treatment''.One more photo below.
