 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe.                             Yesterday the 31st of October 2015 the National Council of Catholic Women Organization,which have been in existence since 1965,celebrated their 50 years golden jubilee/awards.Mr mother Ambassador Chief Catherine Egbe {as pictured above},were one of the women that received an award yesterday.The event which took place at St Agnes Catholic Church,Maryland Lagos was anchored by popular Nollywood  actress Gloria Young,and the NCCWO National President is identified as Chief Mrs Agnes Erogunaye.145 women from Benin Province,Ibadan Province, and Lagos Province were awarded yesterday.I want to use this medium,to congratulate the CWO women,and may God strengthen them all,A,men.More photos below.
