 LAWMA SEALS PREMISES ON AGO PALACE WAY, ARRESTS 11 DUMPERS ON LAGOS ISLAND … Intensifies Enforcement Against Illegal Waste Disposal In renewed enforcement efforts, the Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) has sealed premises identified for persistent illegal waste dumping along Ago Palace Way and arrested 11 persons for illegal waste disposal in various parts of Lagos Island. The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of LAWMA, Dr. Muyiwa Gbadegesin, said that the enforcement operations underscored the Authority’s resolve to enforce existing waste management regulations and ensure compliance with approved waste disposal practices across Lagos. He explained that the Ago Palace Way operation covered plazas, hotels, lounges and warehouses along the corridor, as part of efforts to tackle activities contributing to waste build-up and environmental nuisance on road setbacks, medians and other unauthorised public spaces.                         Today thursday it was reported that according to Charlie Sheen's right hand man 34 year old Steve Han said,when Charlie Sheen learned he was HIV positive in 2011,he bled all over the carpet and even on iPad while he was surrounded by porn stars and friends during one wild night in mid-2012.When a pal lunged forward to sop up the 50 year old's blood,Charlie Sheen high on crack cocaine,suddenly flipped ''Don't touch my blood,i got this!'',he allegedly screamed.In an interview with Daily Mail,Han claims he knew something was wrong but had no idea what was really going on.According to the assistant,Charlie Sheen didn't divulge his secret diagnosis until celebrating the New Year in 2013.''He came out with it,i'm HIV positive,he was so blase about it.He was very strong about it,he said it's okay,don't cry,i'm not dying,things will get better''.In the meantime,Han says he had the responsibility of ensuring his boss took the anti-viral pills necessary to save his life.One more photo below.
