 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo. INEC DECLARES KOGI STATE GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION,INCONCLUSIVE TODAY.

                    Today sunday,INEC {Independent National Electoral Commission} declared the governorship election held in Kogi state yesterday saturday as inconclusive.The Chief Returning Officer for the election,Prof.Emmanuel Kucha,who announced the results,said Audu had 240,867 votes,while the incumbent governor,Idris Wada scored 199,514.The difference between the two Major candidate was 41,353 votes.While announcing the INEC's decision on the poll,the returning officer quoted a relevant section of the Electoral Act,saying since the total number of cancelled vote exceeded the difference in votes between the two major candidates,the commission will order a supplementary poll in the affected areas.The total number of cancelled votes was 49,953.In the election,the APC candidate/defeated Wada in 16of the 21 local government areas in the  state.One more photo below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
