𝐁𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢, 𝐀𝐛𝐛𝐚𝐬, 𝐀𝐤𝐮𝐦𝐞, 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐀𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐬 𝐖𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝟕𝟔𝟐 𝐅𝐂𝐓 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, has revoked the lands allocated to several prominent Nigerians, including former President Muhammadu Buhari, Speaker of the House of Representatives Tajudeen Abbas, and Secretary to the Government of the Federation George Akume, due to non-payment of Certificate of Occupancy fees. Also, 759 other prominent figures and organisations in Maitama II, Abuja. were also affected by the revocation which was for non-payment of Certificate of Occupancy. This was contained in a publication by the FCT Administration and made available to newsmen by the Special Adviser to the FCT Minister, Lere Olayinka. Yesterday saturday the 14th of November ,my mother in red blouse Chief Mrs Kate Egbe {Nkpulunma} and other women whom have contributed immensely to the development of the Awka Development Union Lagos Branch,were conferred and awarded either as a Diamond mother for the older generation and Golden for the younger generation.The event was organized by the women's wing of the ADU Lagos branch, at the Awka Town Hall,Apple junction,Amuwo Odofin Lagos.The event was put together by their president Mrs Ogochukwu Nwobu {Munachim} to raise money for widows and women who cannot help themselves.The occasion was under the distinguished Chairmanship of Chief {Sir} Amobi Nwokafor.The occasion was graced with who is who in the Awka rich society.Just in case you missed the event and you are from Awka state capital based in Lagos and in the east.The pictures below gives you an incite of the event.More photos below.
