 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. Unrelated: There is no reason for to assume the white substance belonged to Cheryl, or that she was involved in drug-taking in any way                        32 year old X Factor judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini,was photographed by a fashion journalist in a bathroom at the London Coliseum,where she was one of the many star guests at the 2015 British fashion Awards.The photograph pictured reflection from a mirror where she is washing her hands,but in front of her and slightly to the side are the three lines of a white substance,suspected to be cocaine.The photograph was shared on Instagram by a fashion journalist at the awards ceremony,along with the caption ''Sadness in her eyes''.The picture was later removed from the writer's timeline.Sources claimed that Cheryl was entirely unaware of th lines of cocaine,which appears to have been left by a previous guest who also made use of the bathroom.Cheryl has now begun with legal action to stop the photograph in question from circulating.A legal notice has been sent around to prohibit the publication of the photograph,directly from Cheryl's lawyers.One more photo below.                                                                                                                                                 Legal action: Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is set to take legal action following the release of a photograph of her in the presence of three lines of white substance in a bathroom during the British Fashion Awards on Monday
