A Tennessee family, and an entire community, has been left stunned and grieving after a pack of dogs took the life of a man out for a jog. When 43-year-old Marko Bursey arrived in Henning, Tennessee, to visit his parents, he had no idea that he would never be returning back to his home in Nashville. Marko could have never imagined the terrible fate that awaited him, lurking in the woods, near an abandoned school. However, Marko's horrific death has had an indelible effect on not just his loved ones but an entire community as they search for answers on how this tragedy unfolded. According to sources,Niger has agreed to transfer hundreds of prisoners from the militant Islamist group Boko Haram back to their home country of Nigeria to reduce pressure on its crammed prisons.A magistrate working on the case and who asked not to be named said ''Nigeria sent a working group to Niger last week and the two sides have established an initial list of 500 detainees who will soon be transferred to Nigeria''.He dis not give the exact timing of the transfer or say how the potentially dangerous prisoners would be transported.The prisoners are currently being held in the detention centers of Kollo,Diffa and Koutoukale,all of which are overpopulated due to arrests of Boko Haram militants.More photos below.
