 FG ARRAIGNS 400 TERRORISM SUSPECTS The Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice, Prince Lateef Olasunkanmi Fagbemi (SAN), has arraigned for prosecution over 400 terrorism suspects.  Judiciary Correspondent Austin Anyebe reports that the trials are taking place in different courts at the Federal High Court complex in Abuja.  A team led by the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice Lateef Fagbemi SAN supported by the Director of Public Prosecution of the Federation, Rotimi Oyedepo (SAN), is prosecuting the suspects. Similar mass trial took place in April 2026. In that trial out of 508 defendants, the AGF's office secured 386 convictions, with 8 discharges and 2 acquittals.  Many of the convicts received prison sentences of up to 20 years.  The defendants are facing charges linked to terrorism, aiding and abetting insurgent activities, and financing. A EX-COMMISSIONER IN ADAMAWA STATE,SENTENCED TO 10 YEARS FOR FRAUD YESTERDAY.

                  Yesterday friday December 4,2015,a former Commissioner of Local Government Affairs in Adamawa state,John Ellias Babani,was sentenced to to 10 years by Justice Bilikisu Bello Aliyu of the Federal High Court,Yoa,Adamawa state for defrauding Adamawa state government of the Sum of N51.5 miion while in office.He was arraigned by the EFCC {Economic and Financial Crimes Commission} on March 5,2013 alongside two others who were discharged as well as a company owned by Elias on four count charges of fraud.Justice Aliyu sentenced the first convict,John Babani Elias to 10 years imprisonment on count 3 and 4 but the two sentences will run concurrently,and he must refund the sum of N51.5 million to Adamawa state Local Government joint account fund from where it was stolen.The judge also ordered the Corporate Affairs Commission {CAC} to wind up Al-Akim Investment Limited and have its assets forfeited to the Federal Government of Nigeria.Justice Aliyu said the Judgement will serve as a  deterrent to public office holders who may want to divert public funds for personal benefit.One more photo below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
