 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. A VIGILANTE MAN,WAS ARRESTED YESTERDAY IN OGUN STATE FOR ARMED ROBBERY.

                According to sources,yesterday wednesday,a man who claimed to be a member of the Vigilante Group of Nigeria,VGN,Mr Adesiyan Adeniyi,has been arrested by men of the Sagamu Police Command for alleged armed robbery.He was arrested in possession of a stolen unregistered motorcycle and a locally made double barrel gun with 20 live cartridges.Police operatives who had placed the suspect undersurveillance arrested him at Ewusi area,Makun,Sagamu in Sagamu Local Government Area of Ogun state on wednesday afternoon.A statemment today thursday by the Ogun Police spokeperson,DSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi,said preliminary investigation has revealed that the suspect,who claims to be a Vigilante official.,has been terrorizing the good people of Sagamu and robbing them of their belongings on several occasions.The Commissioner of Police Oggun state,CP Abdulmajid Ali,has therefore directed thorough investigation into the matter to ascertain the membership of the suspect of Vigilante Group of Nigeria and uncover some of his previous criminal acts in the area.The Commissioner of Police has also promised to censor members of the Vigilante and Neighbourhood Watch in the state,with a view to auditing their operations.
