Today thursday,Justice Gabriel Kolawole has deferred ruling in the bail application filed by Chief Raymond Dokpesi,the founder of Daar communications,who is being tried by the Federal Government on six count charges of violation of Public Procurement laws and money laundering.Before the Judge ordered Raymond Dokpesi to be returned to EFCC custody,the Judge listened to Mike Ozekhome,counsel for Dokpesi and Rotimi Jacobs,counsel for the Federal Government on why Dokpesi should not be granted bail.The Judge then adjourned ruling till noon 14th of December 2015.
