The couple returned to the red carpet for the first time in over two years as they attended the premiere of Barker’s documentary, Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear. They arrived in coordinated black outfits, presenting a sleek, unified look for the evening. Kardashian, 47, wore a long-sleeved satin gown featuring a white collar and button detailing down the front.  The outfit included a high slit that revealed her legs, and she layered a black bralette underneath.                      Few hours ago in Nigerian time,Kim Kardashian took to her social media page to post a cartoon picture of herself,Kanye West,North West and their new born son Saint West,with the caption ''Saint West'',meaning thatis the name of their new born son.According to sources the couple left the Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles today with their second child in a silver Range Rover and it was not mentioned which home they were headed to.They could be going back to Kris Jenner's mansion in Hidden Hills,which neighbor's Calabasas.That is where Kim has been staying as her $20m home goes through another sweep of renovations.The couple stayed in Kris Jenner's house when North West was born,and it is where several episodes of Keeping up with the Kardashians have been filmed.More photos below.                                                                                                                              Family of four: This comes the day after the two shared the name of their little boy and announced on kimkardashianwest.com he was born at 8 pounds, 1 ounceSo easy to make fun of these two: Another meme was called Son Of Yeezus
