 Trump announces Hamas disarmament and Israeli troop withdrawal agreement under Gaza ceasefire plan   President Donald Trump announced Thursday that Hamas has agreed to a plan to disarm and that Israel will withdraw its forces from Gaza as part of a U.S.-backed ceasefire framework. Trump described the agreement as a major step toward creating a new Palestinian government in Gaza that would work with the newly established Board of Peace to oversee the next stages of the plan. The president said the agreement would also provide Israel with increased security by preventing Gaza from being used as a launching point for future attacks. Details of the agreement were limited, and neither Israel nor Hamas immediately released statements responding to Trump’s announcement. The Board of Peace said Hamas had agreed to a roadmap for moving forward with the next phases of the ceasefire after months of negotiations. PETROL WOULD SOON BE AVAILABLE-NUPENG.

                         The Naton Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas {NUPENG} Workers on Monday says that petrol would soon be available in filling stations across the country.Mr Tokunbo Korodo,Chairman of of the Union told pressmen that there had been improvement on loading of petroleum at the deports in Lagos.He observed that Nigerians would appreciate the present regime if it could reduce the price of petroleum.The NUPENG Chairman said that the government meant well for all and sundry,in spite of the few greedy that worked to frustrate genine intentions.NAN reports that the Minister of state for petroleum,Dr.Ibe Kachikwu,had earlier said that a price modulation in petrol would begin by January 2016.Kachikwu disclosed this during his inspection of the Port Harcourt Refinery Company {PHRC} on Christmas day.One more photo below.
