 ‎‎NAF RECEIVES FIVE NEW HELICOPTERS AS FG ACCELERATES AIRPOWER MODERNISATION ‎ The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has taken delivery of five new helicopters as the Federal Government accelerates efforts to modernize Nigeria’s airpower capabilities and strengthen the Armed Forces’ capacity to respond effectively to contemporary security challenges.  ‎ ‎A statement by the Director of Public Relations and Information Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame indicates that the platforms comprise three AW-109 Trekker B helicopters  and two H-125 helicopters. ‎ The three AW-109s, which form part of 10 recently acquired by the Federal Government, were received in Lagos on 15 September 2026, with the remaining seven expected to be delivered before the end of 2026. ‎ ‎The Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sunday Aneke, described the acquisition as another significant milestone in the Federal Government’s sustained investment in the modernization and re-equipment of the NAF noting that the new pl...

GOVERNOR AMBODE,APPOINTS PROF. FAGBOHUN AS THE NEW V.C OF LASU,TODAY.

                                                               Today wednesday it was reported that Governor Akinwunmi Ambode approved the appointment of Ptofessor Olanrewaju Adigun Fagbohun as the 8th substative Vice-Chancellor of the Lagos State University {LASU}.The appointment was contained in a statement signed today wednesday by the state's Commissioner for information and strategy,Mr Steve Ayorinde.According to the statement,following the expiration of the tenure of Professor John Oladapo Obafunwa as the 7th substantive Vice-Chancellor of Lagos State University on 31st October,2015,the Deputy Vice-Chancellor {Administration},Professor Fidelis Olisamedua Njokanma assumedthe position of Acting Vice-Chancellor.Professor Olanrewaju Adigun Fagbohun,is a Prosser of Environmental Law,was until his appointment Director of Research at the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies.He was born on 19th October,1966 and hails from Akesan in the Alimosho Local Government area of Lagos State.He joined the Faculty of Law of the Lagos State University {LASU} as an Assistant Lecturer in January 1991.He rose through the ranks and by the year 2004,he was appointed Associate Professor.See how time flies,in early 2000's in LASU Laws Professor Fagbohun taught me and now  his the new V.C.I know by now my set of 2001 will be so pleased to hear these news.Congrats to him.One more photo below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
