 Gov. Ododo’s Executive Proclamation Not State of Emergency  Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo  has clarified that his recent Executive Proclamation on security protocols in the state is not a declaration of a state of emergency but a set of necessary measures to enhance the security architecture to crackdown on criminals in all parts of the state.  This was contained in a statement by the Special Adviser on Media to the Governor, Hon. Ismaila Isah, explaining that the proclamation is a lawful constitutional measure aimed at strengthening security coordination and protecting lives and property across Kogi State.  Gov. Ododo emphasized that it is within his powers as the Chief Security Officer of the state under Section 14 subsection 2(b) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended). SPANISH POLICE,ARRESTED A MOROCCAN MAN TODAY FOR PROMOTING ISLAMIST MILITANCY ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

                  According to sources,Spanish police arrested a Moroccan man in Spain's north African enclave of Ceuta today,accusing him of promoting Islamist militancy via social media.The arrest comes after a joint operation by Moroccan and Spanish Police on tuesday detained four people accusing of recruiting people to fight in Syria and Iraq or carry out attacks in Spain or Morocco.Spanish police have detained 13 people with suspected links to Islamic State militants so far this year.Ceuta and Melilla,Spain's two north African enclaves,have been a forcus of Spanish anti-militant investigation.In 2015,Spain arrested 102 people on the same charges,more than twice that in the previous year as police stepped up security measures after attacks in Paris.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
