 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.                     According to sources,Taylor Swift will be opening the 58th Annual Grammy Awards on February 15 in Los Angeles.According to Daily mail,the Recording Industry Association of America first revealed that the singer will be hitting the stage on their official Twitter page on sunday.''I's true,Taylor Swift will return to the Grammy stage for a perfomance at the 58th Grammys!''.USA Today has now revealed that the singer will be the show's opening act,with her first song thought to be from her album 1989.Taylor Swift us nominated fr seven Grammy Awards,including the coveted Album of The Year as well as Besr Pop Vocal Album for 1989.Her hit,Blank Space,is nominated for both Record of The Year and Song of The Year.The Last time Taylor performed at the awards show was in 2014,singing her hit,All Too Well,from her Red album.Last week,the Grammys revealed additional perfprmers including Rihanna as well as Justin Bieber,who will be performing ''Where Are U Now'' with Skrillex and Diplo.More photos below.
