 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo. THE POLISH MAN THAT MURDERED A SOUTH AFRICAN LEADER DURING THE APARTHEID,IS SET TO BE RELEASED AFTER 20 YEARS.

                       Today thursday,it was ruled by a Pretoria court that the killer of Chris Hani,Janusz Walus,will be freed on parole in two weeks after more than 20 years in prison.Chris Hani was well known South Africa apartheid leader.Janusz Walus was serving a life sentence for the 1993 murder of Chris Hani,who is a charismatic activist and politician who was both a senior member of the African National Congress {ANC} and the head of the South African Communist Party {SACP} when he was gunned down.The decision to free him is likely to be contentious in a country still dealing with the legacy of the brutally meted out by the white minority regime that prevailed from 1948 to 1994.Hani's murder threatened to derail South Africa's transition to multi-racial democracy,leading to nationwide riots and triggering fears of a civil war.Walus a Polish immigrant,shot Hani dead outside his johannesburg home.Walus was sentenced alongside Clive Derby-Lewis,a right wing politician who provided the murder weapon.Both men were originally sentenced to death,but that was commuted to life in prison after South Africa abolished the death penalty in 1995.Derby Lewis was freed on medical parole last year.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
