 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots.                       On May 18,Queen Elizabeth officially opened Parliament with a colourful series of events steeped in tradition.The State Opening of Parliament occurs at the begging of each Parliamentary year and is the only regular event to unite the three elements of legislature,the House of Lords,the House of Commons and The Queen together as the Crown in Parliament.Before either House can proceed to public business,The Queen must officially open Parliament by addressing both Houses in The Queen'd Speech.The Speech is not drafted by The Queen,but by the Government,outlining plans and future legislation.The Queen Presented The Queen's Medal for Music 2015 to Oliver Knussen CBE.The prize,established in 2005,is awarded to an outstanding individual or group of musicians who habe a major influence on the musical life of the nation.One of the most distinquished composer-conductors in the world today,Mr Knussen was awarded the Medal for Music last year and received his medal during an audience at Buckingham Palace yesterday morning.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
