DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. The EFCC today monday June 20,2016,arraigned Favour Omeigba Bello {F} before Justice {Prof} Chuka Augustine Obiozor of the Federal High Court of Lagos State,Ikoyi on 3 count charge bordering on attempt to export counterfeit,Possession of counterfeit and forgery.The accused,Bello was arrested by officials of the NDLEA on January 16,2016 at the Murtala Muhammed Internationall Airport,Ikeja,Lagos,during the outward clearance of passengers on Ethiopian Airline to Dubai and was later transferred t the EFCC for further investigation.Favour was alleged to have in her possession as at the time of arrest Two Hundred and Ninety Eight pieces counterfeited Traveler's cheques of various foreign banks,one Green Nigerian passport number A06961064 belonging to Aluya Mary Jennifer,one Green Ghanaian passport number G0843377 belonging to Koffi Nicole,one Driver's Licence bearing the name Okeke Charles,one National Identity card bearing the name Aluya Mary Jennifer,all concealed in three hard cover children drawing/picture book.More photos below.
