 Terrorists, banditry activities in Northwest have reduced – Shehu Sani Shehu Sani, a former Kaduna Central Senator, has disclosed a decrease in the activities of terrorists and bandits in the Northwest. Sani said the recent killings of some top terrorists’ leaders could have been responsible for the decrease. Posting on X, the former lawmaker wrote: “In the last few weeks, there is a noticeable decrease in terrorist and banditry attacks and kidnappings in the North Western parts of this country. “The elimination of some of the top terrorist leaders must have been responsible.This is commendable and should be sustained.” In the past weeks, notable bandit leaders have been killed in the North. Those eliminated include- Haliru Kachalla Sububu or Buzu, Kachalla Tukur Sharme (killed by rival gang), Sani Black, another prominent bandit leader, killed along with his brother and two children, Kachalla Makore, Kachalla Mai Shayi Kachalla Tsoho Lulu and Mai’Yar Gitta.                   Britain's loneliest dog lands a top role in the next Transformers 5 film,after a local newspaper appeal.The dog identified as Freya had stayed in a home shelter for six years and had been overlooked by more than 18000 potential families who visited the shelter.Staffordshire Bull Terrier Freya is set to appear in the Transformers 5 film after director Michael Bay noticed the story,initially run by the Southport Visited.Bay noticed Freya's story after it appeared on the Mirror Online website,and has now said he plans to cast her in his new movie,which will be filmed in the UK this summer,after sharing the appeal on Twitter.Bay also promised to find a home for her.More photos below.
