 INDEPENDENT CORRUPT PRACTICES AND OTHER RELATED OFFENCES COMMISSION (ICPC) Tuesday 16th December, 2025 MEDIA RELEASE The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) writes to confirm that it received a formal petition today Tuesday 16th December, 2025 from Alhaji Aliko Dangote through his lawyer. COURT GRANTS EX-DIRECTOR GENERAL OF NIMASA BAIL TODAY,PENDING HIS APPEAL.

                  Court grants convicted Omatseye bail pending appeal.The convicted former Director General of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency {NIMASA},Temisan Omatseye,was today Monday 6th of June 2016,granted bail pending appeal before Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia of a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos which earlier slammed the convict with a five year jail term.Omatseye was prosecuted by EFCC,on a 25 count charge of bid rigging,contract variation and awarding contract above his approval limit while he was the boss of the maritime regulatory agency.One more photo below.
