 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. MUHAMMAD ALI,TO BE BURIED ON FRIDAY+HE DIED OF SEPTIC SHOCK LATE FRIDAY.

                    According to a family spokesman who said yesterday saturday that,Septic shock was the cause of Muhammad Ali's death late friday night.A public memorial service and funeral procession will be held this friday for Ali in his hometown of Louisville,Ky,where he will be buried.Ali died at 9:10 pm MST friday in Scottsdale,Ariz.The cause of death was septic shock,the result of an infection that spreads throughout the body and causes vital organs to sut down.It came from unspecified natural causes,according to a family spokesman Bob Gunnell.Ali,who suffered from Parkinson's disease,was surrounded by family when he died.Gunnll said a private ceremony for Ali's family will be thursday in Louisville.A funeral procession through the city,the route passing by his boyhood home,will precede the public ceremony at 2 pm ET Friday.Ali who was Muslim,developed plans for his funeral years ago,Gunnell said.The interfaith memorial service will include clerics from several religions,he said Sen. Orrin Hatch,R-Utah,a Mormon,is scheduled to speak.Ali will be buried in a private ceremony in Louidville.He died at the age of 74 years.More photos below.
