BURKINA FASO RELEASES DETAINED NIGERIAN SOLDIERS. (PHOTO).

 Burkina Faso releases detained Nigerian soldiers The 11 Nigerian military officials on board the C-130 aircraft that made an emergency landing in Burkina Faso have been released. The soldiers were held last week by Burkinabe authorities over what they described as violations of their airspace. Their release Wednesday night comes about nine days after their arrest. The spokesperson of the Nigerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kimiebi Ebienfa, confirmed that the officials were released on Wednesday. The detained soldiers were released after a high-level Nigerian delegation visited Burkina Faso. The delegation, led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf Tuggar, met with the government of Burkina Faso to resolve the disagreement over the emergency landing. POLICE IN GHANA,WERE GIVEN 10 DAYS TO CAPTURE 2 CRIMINALS,WHO ESCAPED FROM A POLICE STATION ON SUNDAY.

                        Police officers in Ghana have been given 10 days to capture 2 criminals identified as Abdulai Alhassan and Faisal Mohammed who escaped while in police custody.The convicts escaped through the police station celling on sunday evening by 1pm.The two were supposed to appear before the court on monday morning after they were arrested for murder and stealing respectively.Police Commander in charge of the Tumu Disttrict ASP William Ayensu Asare said ''We have given them 10 working days after which if we don't find them we will look at other measures''.
