Peter Obi lies like fish drinking water –Festus Keyamo Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, has accused the 2027 Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, of deliberately fabricating claims regarding a recent airport incident. Speaking during an interview on Channels Television’s ‘Politics Today’ on Thursday night, July 30, Keyamo alleged that Obi lied about his experience at the airport to score political points. “That man was lying. He lies like a fish drinking water. He lies. He lies for fun,” Keyamo stated. The Minister noted that Obi had publicly complained of facing harassment from airport officials strictly due to his opposition status. Today the 2nd of August 2016,made it 19 years {2nd August 1997} Afro Beat Nigerian Musician Fela,passed away.I remembered that day when it was announced that he died,i was still in secondary and alot of his music was played on the streets,and a lot of people had so much to say about him.Though it was said he died of HIV,but he was well respected in Nigeria for his bravery in challenging most of the military government,in an era that was very dangerous to challenge the government.He sang and everybody listened.His first son Femi Kuti,said in his 2011 interview with the Nigeria Today that ''Yes he was a great man.He is the kind of person you meet and in the few minutes you spend with him,you learn so much.You become very African conscious,you will want to know more about your people,and you'll appreciate the culture.He had that kind of aura,this African thing about him that would surely make you proud''.More photos below.
