 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe.                        A Brazilian women's rugby sevens player has become the first athlete to receive a marriage proposal at the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games.25 years old Cerullo was a member of the Brazil squad who finished ninth in the inaugural Olymoic outing for sevens.After the medal ceremony following the first women's rugby sevens final in Olympic history on Monday had ended,Marjorie Enya,28 and a manager at Deodoro Stadium asked Cerullo to marry her.Speaking to BBC,Enya said she had not been nervous about popping the question so publicly to her partner of two years,insisting ''She is the love of my life''.More photos below.
