 TROOPS OF OPERATION WHIRL STROKE ARREST HIGH PROFILE CRIMINAL IN BENUE COMMUNITY Troops of Operation WHIRL STROKE arrested a high-profile suspected criminal during an intelligence-driven operation in Agasha Village of Guma Local Government Area, Benue State, following a report of an attack on a local resident. The operation was launched on 13 March 2026 after security agencies received credible information regarding an attack on Mr Shaapera Seeta Michael in Agasha Village. Acting swiftly on the report, troops of the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Intervention Battalion XI deployed under Operation WHIRL STROKE mobilised immediately to the affected area to track down the suspect responsible for the assault. Upon arrival, the troops cordoned the area to prevent the suspect from escaping while conducting a targeted search operation aimed at identifying and apprehending the alleged attacker.                               Mr and Mrs Chukwuemeka Hector Davis Nwachukwu and Ifeoma Jane Nwachukwu are wanted by the EFCC in a case of criminal conspiracy,obtaining money under false pretence and fraud.The MD/CEO and Director of Hec-Davies Oil & Gas Limited and Hec-Davies Ventures,under the guise of being into the business of diesel supply,swindled unsuspecting investors of sums totalling about N99 million.They were arrested and released on bail,but later absconded.Dark in complexion,Chukwuemeka is 44 years old.He hails from Ajalli town,Oumba North Local Government Area of Anambra State.His wife,Jane,is in her early forties and is complexioned.She hails from Iwollo,Umuezerulu town,Ezeagu North Local Government Area of Enugu state.Their last known addresses are Plot 387,Dawaki Extension,opposite Gwarimpa Estate,Abuja: 124 College Road,Abakpa Nike,Enugu East,Enugu State;Plot 2590 Cubango Close,Maitama,Abuja and 14 Ekoro River Street,Maitama,Abuja.Please contact the EFCC ON:09-9044571,09-9044572.One more photo below.
