 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. A MAN WHO ALLEGEDLY KILLED HIS BOSS IN AJAH LAST MONTH,HAVE BEEN ARRESTED BY THE POLICE.{PHOTO}.

     According to sources,the Lagos State Police Command has arrested one Tanko Abdulateef,a 22 year old house guard who allegedly killed his employer,Mrs Mabel Mba Okafor in Ajah area of Lagos,last month.The suspect was alleged to have killed her boss in Ajah on the 17 of August,2016.The suspect,who was arrested from his hiding in Bali,Taraba State,was said to have stabbed the victim in the stomach and left her stomach ripped open.It was also gathered that the suspect took away valuable items from the victim including three phones,trinket and a lot of cloths,all of which were recovered from him.When contacted,Public Relation Officer of the State Command of the Nigerian Police,Dolapo Badmos confirmed the arrest,adding that the suspect would be charged to court after conclusion of investigation.
