 ANAMBRA POLICE ACTION ON THE CULT CLASH THAT RESULTED IN THE FATAL INJURY OF FOUR PERSONS AT AFOR NAWFIA MARKET The Anambra State Police Command wishes to provide a comprehensive update on the cult-related attack that occurred on the evening of 7th December 2025 at Afor Nawfia Market, along the Onitsha–Awka Old Road. It will be recalled that operatives of the Command attached to the Special Anti-Cult Squad, Enugwu-Ukwu, had, four days earlier, acting on credible intelligence about a planned rival cult confrontation, arrested two dangerous suspects and recovered a firearm from them. The arrested suspects have been assisting the Police with valuable information aimed at preventing further cult-related violence within Awka and its environs.                          Justice A.S. Umar of the FCT High Court sitting in Msitama yesterday wednesday,September 28,2016 granted bail to a former Chief of Naval Staff,Vice Admiral Usman O. Jubrin and two others for an offence bordering on criminal conspiracy brought against them by the EFCC.Others are Rear Admiral Bala Mshella {rtd} and Rear Admiral Sheu Ahmadu {rtd}.They were docked alongside Harbour Bay International Limited by the anti-graft agency on tuesday,September 27,2016.The naval chiefs,whilst in office,allegedly bought a hiuse worth N600 million from the account of Naval Engeineering Services without the said purchase contract being captured in the budget.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
