According to sources a British woman identified as 28 year old old Narges Ashtari,from Exeter,who set up the Prishan Foundation after she moved to India and built an orphanage for girls and a home for blind children in the eastern state of Odisha.She was sentenced to a year in jail for the killing of a boy who vanished during a picnic.Sources said one of the employees claimed their son diappeared during a picnic and although a body was never found Narges was charged with manslaughter.At an apparently routine court hearing this morning the charity worker was suddenly jailed for one year anf fined 300,000 rupees {£3,500} for the alleged killing.Sources further said she was released on bail and that she is inconsolable but she intends to fight the accusations on appeal.Nawahoo charity turned to another thing.More photos below
