 Senator Victor Umeh, representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, has firmly stated that the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, exerts no influence on party decisions or candidate selections. Umeh made the clarification on Monday during an interview, while addressing speculations and allegations that he was involved in influencing positions within the party. The NDC has come under heavy criticism following its recently concluded primary elections across the country. In response to claims linking Obi to the process, Umeh distanced the former Anambra governor from any involvement. “Peter Obi has not been involved in influencing who becomes what in the NDC. He’s somebody whom you can hardly see drag into a process like this,” Senator Umeh said. BRITISH CHARITY WORKER JAILED TODAY FOR THE DISAPPEARANCE & MURDER OF A BOY IN INDIA.{PHOTOS}.

 Image result for british charity worker jailed in india                                                According to sources a British woman identified as 28 year old old Narges Ashtari,from Exeter,who set up the Prishan Foundation after she moved to India and built an orphanage for girls and a home for blind children in the eastern state of Odisha.She was sentenced  to a year in jail for the killing of a boy who vanished during a picnic.Sources said one of the employees claimed their son diappeared during a picnic and although a body was never found Narges was charged with manslaughter.At an apparently routine court hearing this morning the charity worker was suddenly jailed for one year anf fined 300,000 rupees {£3,500} for the alleged killing.Sources further said she was released on bail and that she is inconsolable but she intends to fight the accusations on appeal.Nawahoo charity turned to another thing.More photos below
