 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. EX-PRESIDENT OF GAMBIA JAMMEH IS ASKING FOR EXTENSION OF HIS DEADLINE TODAY TO PAVE WAY FOR ADAMA BARROW.

Image result for jammeh                        The report i just received is that Ex-President of Gambia Yahya Jammeh who ruled Gambia for 22 years is asking for an extension of time to move out of the Gambia government house.He has asked for an extenssion of deadline for him to leave power from midday until 4pm as the leaders of Guinea and Mauritania arrived in the capital,Banjul,in a last-ditch diplomatic effort to get him to cede power.The new President Adama Barrow,is awaiting orders today friday.Marcel Alain de Souza,chair of the west African union Exowas,said troops would force Jammeh out if he refused to leave the country.The west African troops entered the Gambia yesterday thursday night,hours after Barrow was forced to hold his inauguration as president in Dakar,the capital of Senegal.
