 ABIA RECORDS NIGERIA’S FIRST PAROLE RELEASE UNDER CORRECTIONAL SERVICE ACT Abia State has recorded Nigeria’s first parole release under the Nigerian Correctional Service Act, 2019, with ten inmates released under the programme. In a statement, the Service Public Relations Officer of the Nigerian Correctional Service, Jane Osuji, says the development marks the first practical implementation of the parole provisions of the Act. Representing the Controller-General of Corrections, Sylvester Nwakuche, at the event in Umuahia, Assistant Controller-General of Corrections, Ngozi Okeke, describes the initiative as a major step in correctional reforms aimed at rehabilitation, reintegration, and custodial decongestion. The statement notes that the parolees were drawn from custodial centres in Aba, Umuahia, and Arochukwu, and received vocational tools and other reintegration support to aid their return to society. FRANCE HAS BANNED RESTAURANT FROM OFFERING UNLIMITED REFILLS OF SODA & SUGARY DRINKS.{READ}.

Image result for unlimited refills of soda                 According to sources,the new order,implemented on January 27,will mean that hotels,restaurants and school cafeterias will no longer have soda fountains.The move is part of a spate of health initiatives {to curb obesity} implemented by the country,which includes a ''Soda tax'' impose on sweetened drinks,a ban on vending machines in schools and a limit on the servings of french fries to once a week in schools,the New York Times reported.Sources further said ''Even though France's overall obesity rate is relatively low-41% of women and 57% of men between 30 to 60 were obese pr overweight-the laws are in accordance with World Health Organization {WHO}.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
