FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5TH, 2025, – THE RANDOLPH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE HAS ANNOUNCED THE ARREST OF 43 YEAR OLD, CARRIE J. KELLEY OF SPARTA, ILLINOIS. KELLEY WAS ARRESTED ON WARRANTS FOR 2 COUNTS OF THEFT OF PROPERTY OVER $1,000,000 (CLASS X FELONY), 1 COUNT OF WIRE FRAUD (CLASS 3 FELONY), AND 4 COUNTS OF FRAUDULENT FILING OF ILLINOIS INCOME TAX (CLASS 4 FELONY) RANDOLPH COUNTY INVESTIGATORS WERE NOTIFIED IN FEBRUARY 2024 OF A POTENTIAL THEFT PERTAINING TO MEDSTAR AMBULANCE INC. THROUGH A LENGTHY INVESTIGATION, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT MONIES TOTALING A VALUE OVER $1,000,000 WERE TAKEN OVER THE COURSE OF SEVERAL YEARS. KELLEY WAS AN EMPLOYEE OF MEDSTAR AMBULANCE INC. DURING THIS TIME. ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE INVESTIGATORS ALONG WITH THE ILLINOIS ATTORNEY GENERAL’S OFFICE ASSISTED IN THE INVESTIGATION. ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5TH, 2025, MEMBERS OF RANDOLPH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE AND ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE ARRESTED KELLEY ON HER WARRANTS WITHOUT INCIDENT. Kelley was arrested on warrants for 2 counts of Theft of Property over $1,000,000 (Class X Felony), 1 count of Wire Fraud (Class 3 Felony), and 4 counts of Fraudulent Filing of Illinois Income Tax (Class 4 Felony) Randolph County Investigators were notified in February 2024 of a potential theft pertaining to MedStar Ambulance Inc. Through a lengthy investigation, it was discovered that monies totaling a value over $1,000,000 were taken over the course of several years. Nawahoo a personnel of the Nigerian Air force has shot and killed his girlfriend,who is also an Air Force personnel,in fit of rage and jealousy.The Air Force man is identified as Kalu B.A while the woman is identified as Oladipupo Solape.The incident,which occurred at the Air Force Base in Makurdi,Benue State,is under investigation according to the Air Force authorities.Punch cited the Public Relation Officer at the base,Wing Commander Emmanuel Iheoma,as confirming the incident,saying that it was under investigation and that more details would be provided in due course.Friends of the female Air Force official,Oladipupo Solape,who is known as Shomzy Shomzy to her colleagues and friends,have taken to the social media to express their shock over the incident and mourn her.Sources said the incident occurred on sunday morning after the jealous lover accused her of double dating.The slain personnel reportedly hailed from Badagry and was murdered two weeks after celebrating her birthday.It was gathered that the killer airman has been arrested and his blopd sample taken.He is in the custody of the Air Police in Makuurdi.One more photo below.
