Kebbi Govt Donates 10 Hilux Vehicles to Boost Security on Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway The Kebbi State Government has handed over 10 brand-new Hilux vehicles to the Federal Ministry of Works to strengthen security for personnel working on the Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway project. The vehicles were formally received by the Minister of State for Works, Bello Muhammad Goronyo, who praised Kebbi State Governor, Dr. Nasiru Idris (Kauran Gwandu), for the donation. Goronyo described the gesture as a clear demonstration of the state government’s commitment to protecting workers and contractors on the strategic highway corridor. He explained that the vehicles will be deployed exclusively to security operatives providing cover for construction teams along the section of the super highway passing through Kebbi State. The Prince of Wale arrived in Bucherest two days ago for the royal visit in Romania.Over the past two days,Prince Charles has carried out engagements which include seeing examples of Romania's traditional cultural heritage,visiting the British Embassy to hear about the work being done to combat human trafficking and meetings with the President and Prime Minister.Today ,Prince Charles will spend his final day in Romania before The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall arrive in Florence for the Royal visit in Italy.The Prince was also pictured dancing with local women at the Village Museum in Bucherest.He viewed the traditional Romanian crafts at the Village Museum,lays a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Bucharest.The President of Romania Klaus Iohannis also awards The Prince with The Order of the Star of Romania,he also visited Vacaresti Nature Park and also met with Romanian Prime Minister Sorin Grindeanu More photos below.
