 South Africa says US misrepresented its policies after visa curbs South Africa's foreign ministry said on Wednesday that it ‌had noted with concern U.S. visa restrictions on some people from South Africa announced by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio a day earlier. The foreign ministry added in a statement that ⁠the U.S. announcement aligned with "the mischaracterisation of South Africa's domestic policies by fringe groups". "We maintain that challenges in our bilateral relations with the USA can only be resolved by constructive engagement through state actors on both sides of the diplomatic channel not unilateral acts," the statement said, Reuters reported. NIGERIAN AIR FORCE NEUTRALISES GATHERING OF BOKO HARAM TERRORISTS IN MANGOSUM.

Image result for nigerian airforce                                                   The Nigerian Air Force component of operation Lafiya dole has conducted an air interdiction mission on some remnants of the boko haram terrorists in a village 3.42 km Northeast of Mangosum.Air Commodore Director of Public Relations and Information,Olatokunbo Adesanya said the Nigeria Air Force,NAF,had successfully provided air cover to troops of 27 Task Force Battalion thereby enabling them to repel an attack by the terrorists.He said that the battle damage assessment conducted after the strike showed that several leaders of boko haram terrorist group and their followers were killed during the attacks.Meanwhile,a sizeable cache of weapons and equipment of the terrorists group were destroyed.
