 ‎‎NAF RECEIVES FIVE NEW HELICOPTERS AS FG ACCELERATES AIRPOWER MODERNISATION ‎ The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has taken delivery of five new helicopters as the Federal Government accelerates efforts to modernize Nigeria’s airpower capabilities and strengthen the Armed Forces’ capacity to respond effectively to contemporary security challenges.  ‎ ‎A statement by the Director of Public Relations and Information Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame indicates that the platforms comprise three AW-109 Trekker B helicopters  and two H-125 helicopters. ‎ The three AW-109s, which form part of 10 recently acquired by the Federal Government, were received in Lagos on 15 September 2026, with the remaining seven expected to be delivered before the end of 2026. ‎ ‎The Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sunday Aneke, described the acquisition as another significant milestone in the Federal Government’s sustained investment in the modernization and re-equipment of the NAF noting that the new pl...

Abdulrahman Bello Dambazau {Rtd},while making the declaration on behalf of the Federal Government,congratulated Nigerians for witnessing yet another Democracy Day,which marks the second year anniversary of President Muhammadu Buhari's Government.Gen. Dambazau assures Nigerians of the government's continued efforts towards security,revitalizing the economy and tackling corruption,which are the three main focused areas of this administration.According to him ''While a lot has been achieved in the area of security,particularly in the northeast,and in tackling corruption,recent statistics released by the National Bureau of Statistics have shown tremendous improvement of the country's GDP.No doubt the nation is closer to getting out of recession,particularly with the recently launched Economic Recovery and Growth Plan {ERGP},which seeks to revitalize the nation's economy soonest.With the recently signed Executive Orders on Ease of Doing Business,we have opened our doors wider for both domestic and foreign investors''.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
