 Peter Obi lies like fish drinking water –Festus Keyamo Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, has accused the 2027 Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, of deliberately fabricating claims regarding a recent airport incident. Speaking during an interview on Channels Television’s ‘Politics Today’ on Thursday night, July 30, Keyamo alleged that Obi lied about his experience at the airport to score political points. “That man was lying. He lies like a fish drinking water. He lies. He lies for fun,” Keyamo stated. The Minister noted that Obi had publicly complained of facing harassment from airport officials strictly due to his opposition status. COURT ADJOURNS BADEH'S N3.97BN FRAUD TRIAL TO OCTOBER 23 TODAY.{PHOTO}.

         Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court, Maitama, Abuja has adjourned to October 23, 2017 for continuation of trial of a case involving a former Chief of Air Staff, Air Chief Alex S. Badeh. He is standing trial along with Iyalikam Nigeria Limited on a 10-count charge bordering on abuse of office, criminal breach of trust and money laundering to the tune of N3.97billion brought against him by the EFCC. The court had on the last sitting, July 4, 2017 fixed today for arguments for and against the admissibility of documents that the nineteenth prosecution witness, Abubakar Madaki, made reference to in the course of his testimony, but was objected to by the defence.
