 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe. EFCC RETURNS N36 MILLION TO SCHOOLS DUPED BY 3 SUSPECTED FRAUDSTERS YESTERDAY.{PHOTOS}.

    The EFCC has returned the sum of N36, 186,12.00 (Thirty Six Million, One Hundred and Eighty-Six Thousand, Twelve Naira) to Mrs Ifeoma Chukwuogo, Proprietress of Jephtah International School, East-West Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The money was recovered by the EFCC from three suspected fraudsters who allegedly diverted the school's money for their private uses. 
The suspects: Cyril Ameh Idakwoji, a staff of Access Bank plc who was the Account Officer of the school, Boma Obama Chisom, who posed as the Customer Relations Officer of the bank and Aderemi Adebayo Moses another accomplice who prints fake documents, allegedly diverted a sum of over N37,000,000( Thirty-seven Million Naira only) belonging to the school and thereby threw it into financial difficulties.More photos below.
