 14th December, 2025 PRESS RELEASE DELTA STATE POLICE COMMAND PUBLISHES OFFICIAL CONTACT NUMBERS OF AREA COMMANDERS, DPOS AND TACTICAL COMMANDERS In line with its strategic drive to deepen transparency, enhance accountability and strengthen public confidence in policing, the Commissioner of Police, Delta State Command, CP Olufemi Abaniwonda, has approved the public release of the official contact phone numbers of all Area Commanders, Divisional Police Officers (DPOs) and Tactical Commanders across the State. The directive is intended to improve accessibility to police leadership at all operational levels and to facilitate prompt reporting of crimes, effective intelligence sharing and swift response to security concerns. It further underscores the Command’s commitment to citizen-centred policing and robust community partnership in the maintenance of law and order. A MAN SLASHED THE NECK OF HIS GIRLFRIEND OVER A PIECE OF MEAT DURING CHRISTMAS.{PHOTO}.

        An angry youngman identified as Raymond Boabey, has slashed the neck of his 18 year old girlfriend over arguments which escalated over a piece of meat.
Narrating the incident, Theodora Ansah, a hairdresser said she and Raymond whom she is cohabiting with got into a fight which begun on 25 December over one piece of meat she served him.According to her, she didn’t have enough to prepare her Christmas meal so she served him rice with one piece of meat which the boyfriend wasn’t happy about, so he confronted her angrily and slapped her in the process and kicked the lady out of his home.The victim, who is a mother of two, a three year old and a one and half year old daughters however escaped death from a near butchering incidence.Raymond who is a construction worker at Likpe Mate, a suburb of Hohoe in the Volta region however in a bid to settle the argument visited the lady to apologize and asked her to let him go home with her daughter from another man which she obliged.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
