Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply. ADVANTAGES OF STICKING TO COLOUR CODES DURING EVENTS+MY COMPLETE SUNDAY LOOK.{PHOTOS}.

        Every event in my Catholic church,I try as much as possible to stick to the dress code and on Sunday which is Palm Sunday was no different.The palm is green so I decided to wear a deep green dress that is above the kneel with green shades.I decided to use a white transparent big bag,white shoe and white pearl necklace and earing.Funny how a lady walked up to me that she is wearing green today too because she noticed how I wear colours according to events and she kind of like it because it makes her search down her trunk box only to find a dress she bought about 7 years ago and she has never worn it.But Palm Sunday is a good day to rock her green dress.
Advantages of sticking to colour during events are:
1}.Good Memory: When you need a particular colour outfit,that is when your brain will flashback to all you have in your wardrobe of that particular colour of outfit.
2}. Strength to search: Just because you are sure you have a particular colour in your box,you are ready to turn your wardrobe upside down to dig deep to that trunk box you are always weak to open.
3}. Saves cost: Sometimes it saves cost to wear what you have,than buying what you have already twice just because of laziness.
4}. Opportunity to re-organise your wardrobe: When you dig deep into your wardrobe,it is an opportunity to re-organise your wardrobe and arrange it to your taste.
5} Arrange your outfits according to colours: To avoid having to misplace most of your outfits again and for easy access,try to arrange your outfits in your wardrobe according to colours,all the black outfits in one corner of your wardrobe,followed by another colour,e.g,black outfits first,followed by all your red outfits,yellow,blue,grey etc.
Note: If you don't have a wardrobe is either you call a carpenter to use long sticks to create one that will be exposed.But you can arrange each colour of outfits in different boxes or trunk box and label them buy writing each colour on each of the boxes.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
