 𝐁𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢, 𝐀𝐛𝐛𝐚𝐬, 𝐀𝐤𝐮𝐦𝐞, 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐀𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐬 𝐖𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝟕𝟔𝟐 𝐅𝐂𝐓 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, has revoked the lands allocated to several prominent Nigerians, including former President Muhammadu Buhari, Speaker of the House of Representatives Tajudeen Abbas, and Secretary to the Government of the Federation George Akume, due to non-payment of Certificate of Occupancy fees. Also, 759 other prominent figures and organisations in Maitama II, Abuja. were also affected by the revocation which was for non-payment of Certificate of Occupancy. This was contained in a publication by the FCT Administration and made available to newsmen by the Special Adviser to the FCT Minister, Lere Olayinka. OGUN PARTNERS DFID TOWARDS REPOSITIONING CIVIL SERVICE.{PHOTOS}.

     Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun has said his government would collaborate with development partners, the Department for International Development (DFID), towards strengthening and repositioning the Civil Service in the state.Receiving a team of the DFID in his Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta office, yesterday, Amosun highlighted the importance of the Civil Service to governance and development. 
"We want to review the way we work in the service and embrace world best practices, so as to bring back the glory of the Western region", he stated.The governor reiterated his government's commitment to create a system-driven environment in all the sectors of the economy, where institutions, rather than individuals are developed.Earlier in his remarks, Head of the Department for International Development Regional office, Mr. Robert Watt, thanked the governor for setting up a committee to work with the team towards the success of the reformation plans and strategies in the state.Speaking with journalists after the meeting, the Ogun State Head of Service, Mr. Abayomi Sobande and the Commissioner for Budget and Planning, Ms. Adenrele Adesina said the state is strengthening the Civil Service to be self sustaining, especially in the areas of training and capacity building, so that the civil servants in the state can compete favourably with their counterparts worldwide. @ Abeokuta.More photos below.
