 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.     Over the years people have been wearing stripes.Stripes sometimes defines your shape.There are some stripes that can make you look tall,short or even bigger than your actual size.Horizontal stripes like the one am wearing can make you look big but if you want to wear horizontal stripes and still look like your shape,wear tight fitting or the one that is a bit tight fitting around your curves and burst so that you will not look bigger than your actual size.But if you want to look very tall,wear vertical stripes and wear your vertical stripes with heels to elongate you.On sunday I wore a black and white horizontal gown with multiple large red rose flower infront and at the back of my dress,I wore a vertical shoe to match the gown,carried a black purse and black necklace to tone it down.More photos below.
