 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe.       Reggie Lucas, the Grammy-winning musician who played guitar for Miles Davis and later penned and produced some of Madonna's earliest hits, died Saturday at the age of 65.
Madonna made the announcement on social media few hours ago when she posted this photo above with the caption ''« So Sad to hear that Reggie Lucas is Gone.........An important part of my musical past! 🎶♥️🎶♥️🎶♥️RIP 🙏🏼 #gratitude #luckystar ⭐️ » -Madonna''.Lucas' daughter Lisa also confirmed her father's death , adding that he died of complications from heart disease. "Reggie Lucas, my adored and beloved father, passed away early this morning at the age of 65. He made beautiful music, a beautiful family, a beautiful life and I will miss him every single day that I live on this earth," Lisa Lucas tweeted earlier in the day.Lucas wrote and produced one of Madonna's biggest hits, "Borderline," and produced six of the album's eight songs, including "Lucky Star" and "Burning Up."
