 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.      It was reported some days ago how a food seller was left heartbroken after being accused of water from mortuary to cook food at the Federal Polytechnic Oko in Anambra state.
It was gathered that the rumor was circulated in order to tarnish the woman's image.
Fresh reports has it that a philanthropist based in Austria has decided to help the woman popularly known as Nwanyi Nanka.
The philanthropist, Nweke Solomon Chukwudi from Nkanu LG in Enugu State but based in Austria, reached out immediately and contacted Comr. Victor Chinonso the journalist who reported the incident as he donated cash and a bag of rice to the woman.According to Victor, the rumors has further strengthened the resolve of the food seller as she has started cooking four (4) coolers of rice in other to effectively serve all her customers against the three she cooked before.More photos below.
