Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply.      In a one hour fifty eight seconds video, she said in the video that.In her words she said ''Hello everyone,my name is Bola Daniel am a mother of three,I have lived in the UK for the past 13 years.In the early hours of yesterday,some of my pictures were sent sent viral,it was alleged I drove a truck to Third Mainland bridge and jumped into the Lagoon.The pictures were sent to me by a friend and later on and I received several calls from family friends and associates living me in a state of shock.My pictures were mixed with the pictures of another woman.Linking me to the suicide.I am alive and well I have nothing to do with this unfortunate incident I have been traumatized,by this incident and would love everyone who have read and shared the untruthful and damaging story to step backwards and spare a thought for my loving children and I,we are simply trying to be the best of what God wants for us.Please,thank you very much''.Now the other woman Toyin based in the United States,whose photos were publish on this blog yesterday as the woman that committed suicide is posting photos of herself still alive,then there is something fishy here.So if this two women are claiming that they are alive and they didn't commit suicide,so who is the woman that committed suicide?.More photos below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
