  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF PAID AN OPERATIONAL VISIT TO 21 BRIGADE IN BAMA BORNO STATE YESTERDAY.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

    1. The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Lieutenant General Tukur Yusufu Buratai on Thursday, 19th July 2018 paid an operational visit to 21 Brigade in Bama Borno State where he designated the Brigade as Special Operations Brigade.
2. He commended the Brigade for their exploits in several clearance and offensive operations against Boko Haram terrorists.
3. He also assured the Brigade of adequate logistics support to aid their operations.
4. He was received on arrival by the Acting Commander 21 Brigade, Colonel AG Nura. He later visited the Gun Boat Company of Operation LAFIYA DOLE at Alau Dam.
5. The Chief of Army Staff was accompanied on the visit by the Theatre Commander Operation LAFIYA DOLE, Major General Rogers Nicholas, Principal Staff Officers from Army Headquarters and the Acting General Officer Commanding 7 Division, Brigadier General Bulama Biu.
